Return & Replacement Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Our return policy is 3 days from the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a Return or Replacement after 3 days of receiving the item.
You are eligible for a Return under the following circumstances:
• If the product is received in a damaged condition which includes a broken glass container
• If the product has had wax melted over it due to varying transit conditions and is in an unusable state.
• A Return request must be sent to our email ID, [email protected] along with the invoice/order number within 3 days of receiving the item.
• A minimum of 3 clear photographic evidence of the damaged product must be attached to your Return request in your email.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received along with the original packaging tags.
• The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (Check your email for invoice)
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the returned item via email.
• Once your return is approved, we will immediately send out a replacement for that item.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you ship the product via a trackable Shipping service.
• We will send you the address of our warehouse where you would need to return the item to once your return request is approved.
